BLAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Okay, so in this blog im suppose to tell you about the difficult concept to teach you about my topic and describe how to find tutorials about design to my concept or whatever it says. But we had a website that has mostly everything we need and if it didnt our teacher will teach the coding and what not for it. So really I dont know what to tell you. We got it pretty easy in our class. We have a teacher that knows whats she's doing.=] YAYYYY!

Ahaha mostly everything in my game will be difficult to learn and do. So I'll get back to you on this!

Demo Presentation....=[

Okay, on 11/19/10 our Globaloria class did a presentation on our demo that we created like weeks ago. At first I was like "okay this will be scary," but as time has pasted I was just like "okay whatever let get this over with." Everyone in my class did every well. Congrats to everyone, even to the people who got bad feed backs, which I'm one of them. To Gabe and Sam I really like your idea. Dont listen to that lady we were talking to. I thought it was so rude to basically say hmm your idea is wrong so redo it. Eh they did not understand what he was saying. Maybe get a hearing check! Clearly the lady, who we were talking to didn't really listen to what we were saying. I was very disappointed when they thought it was necessary to bring us down, from all the hard work we put into this demo and to our idea. Sorry that we are not professionals. And really I'm not teaching people to play beer pong. I think both people who i was talking to misunderstood my idea, I plan to show the effects after drinking. But the level you saw was just one on the levels. Not the whole game. ! Eh its so hard to explain what I'm doing with my game, But I will tell you this. ITS NOT GOING TO TEACH STUDENT TO PLAY BEER PONG. But overall it was a very good day. I loved every ones ideas and they should stick with what they are doing. Thank you and Good-Bye

P.s-  It was very nice to meet you Larry T. I was so exciting to have you apart of this experience. Thank you very much for the gift. It was very pretty. Loved the photographs.=]

Oooooooyyyaaaaa! Here we go again!

By making our game demos, I think I learned a little more, I guess. But honeslty I really don't remember, I'm on game mode now, not game demo mode. So! yes, the demos did help but dont ask me how cause I'm just going along with this blog.

To the people who created this course, I would like to add that maybe you should make the blogs completely different from one another. Doing the blogs that ask the same question, but in different wording, kind of get olds. Everyone in my class always say "ehhh again with the same question I've answered like 2 weeks ago". So to make this better, you should look into that. PLEASE!!! For furture student of Globaloria.

Thanks =]

Hmmmmm..... again?

Once again I've learned that drinking under the influence is very dangerous. People may not know it then, but drinking can cause a lot of problems such as to your body. "Drinking is associated with damaged and lost friendships, accidents, law-breaking, arguments, neglect of obligations, and other acts that are later regretted.  Drinking is also associated with an increased risk of unplanned sex, unprotected sex, unplanned pregnancies, and an increased risk of HIV infection, " I got this information off of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binge_drinking. I hope this site helps people understand that drinking under the influence is wrong.

YESSSS!!!!! Someone else has my idea!

Finally I found someone who has the same idea as me. Athough, when looking at time no one even where we were so it was difficult to do these blogs. But today, I actually found someone. As I was looking at the schools in my Knowledge Community, I was getting extremely mad. First school I looked at was Man High School, which no one even did anything in that school, So the next school I looked at was Oak Hill High School, which again no luck. I was actually getting worried at this point because I only had one school left, which was Western Greenbrier Middle School. I went to the user gallery and clicked on the first student, which was Amber. Thank God!!

Well See now I'm a little confused! Her team members have a total complete different idea then her. Are they doing something with the medical field or drinking under the age. Well you know what I don't care, I'm going with Ambers project page! In here page, she actually has different resources then I do. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underage_drinking_in_America
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binge_drinking She has another one but it has nothing to do with what I'm doing.

But These resources can be very helpful for my game idea. Maybe i can actually take questions from these resources. But then again if she did change her idea thanks anyway for the helful resource.

Animation

This Picture relates to my game very well. Actually its pretty much the same thing, but i have a different concept. I'm pretty sure I made one of my level as a blog, so you can actually see what I'm talking about. But anyways by creating the demos I've learned that putting sound and movement enhances the game to make it look more professional. I'm so excited to make this game. Althought we had many set backs from our presentation for our demos, and hasn't actually done it yet. We still are excited to get started.

Visual Storytelling

To tell my story I'm using visuals! My backgrounds that I choice plays a really important role to my game! I choice to use my drawings that I made for the game! It shows the major theme of it! The playing to learn also uses visual storytelling throughtout many of the games! although I couldn't play all of them because half mainly all of them were blocked! The game that I like was the Third World Farmer, as was everyone elses. It showed the concept of Visual Storytelling very well! I liked that lesson because by making us play those games It showed me which genre I wanted to use! Although I dont think my game will turn out to be a puzzle game! Just saying!
